What’s up, good human?

I am so excited about what I did last week, the PSYCH-K® training, being a now certified facilitator, and I want to share it with you. But I think the best way to share it with you is by sharing some of the profound shifts that I’ve had in my life.

How about three stories? I love three. Let’s start with the first one, shall we?

This is very relevant. So, not long ago I got married. One of the things that was causing me dread and fear was the first dance. All eyes on me, and fear, critiquing, criticising, watching me dance, watching us dance.

The fear was mine and it was real, and it was making the approaching experience stressful for me, to put it bluntly.

So, knowing PSYCH-K®, I actually did the work and transformed that limiting belief. There were a few around that that I needed to work on, but I shifted that to actually enjoying dancing with my partner in front of her family and her friends, our family and friends.

It was immediate. The stress was gone. The result, if you look at the wedding video, or at least the teaser video, is this beautiful moment of dancing where it was us [unclear] and enjoying it. And that shift, so worth it.

Simple shift, done once. I enjoy dancing with my wife, with all eyes on us, of our loved ones. Story number one. Let’s look at story number two.

I consciously know that feedback is the breakfast of champions. I know that. I strive for it. I’ve affirmed it.

It hadn’t stopped me from almost defending some of the things that I do to clients, team and family. So I hadn’t been showing up openly to receive feedback.

I thought about this. What if I could shift that belief to warmly, openly and hungrily receiving feedback?

This process of PSYCH-K® enabled me to change that belief. Not only did it affect how I was present in moments of feedback for team, customers and family, but it made me more open to the input that was coming from that feedback.

It’s helped me be better. This has been a profound shift for me. That’s number two.

Number three. I proudly stand against genocide. You might’ve seen that in my posts, in an earlier newsletter.

The problem is that with the constant stream of images and video coming out of Palestine, of what the evil is doing, I was so angry and it was so overwhelming. It was really taking a toll on my personal life and my business life.

I felt guilty having good feelings or enjoying life. I felt guilty posting about good things. There was a lot in that, and it was really having an impact on me. I was limiting my experience.

There’s a lot of stress around it and I do need to stand up for what’s right, but I was able to transform my beliefs around that.

I can be an activist. I can stand for what’s right, but I can also compartmentalise it so that it does not impact my family and my business.

We should stand for what’s right, but I can still make a difference and maintain my wellbeing for those that I care about. That’s story number three.

There are so many more. This book has pages of things that I’ve worked on and shifted. So many. But why not keep it simple and show you three?

This process of PSYCH-K® works to get whole-brained about something that is causing you stress, whether it’s a trigger, a trauma from the past, or a belief around how things have to be.

You can change it very quickly, half an hour or 40 minutes. All it takes is you being aware and open.

If you’re aware that there is something that needs to be changed, or an experience that you want to have differently, and you’re open to exploring that with me, we can work on that.

I really want to work on it because I know how profound it is for your family life, your business life and your personal life.

If you are curious, let’s book in for a 15-minute virtual coffee, a discovery call, and we’ll explore how it could work for you. Then we’ll book in for a session.

I’m going to make you a ridiculous offer because you’re watching this. You’re part of my community. Right now, I just want to help as many people as I can with this.

Thank you for watching. I’m excited that you stuck to the end. I’m excited to talk to you about this and share this profound modality for change with you.

Until then, be unapologetically awesome. Bye for now.
